I have had two moves with El Valle in the last year and I am about to have another one. I live in Mexico and San Antonio and Joshua and his team took great care with my furniture and household items when I moved to Mexico last fall. They got my items safely to the border in Laredo where they worked closely with the Mexican mover who got my items through customers and delivered them to me. It was such a painless process, and they took such good care of my things, that I did another move to Mexico with them this spring. Again another perfect, stressless move. In the next month, Joshua and his team are going to help me pack up and move out of my home of 30 years to a small apartment in San Antonio. I will be shipping items to Mexico again, moving items to the SA apartment and moving some items into a storage facility. I have no doubt that it will once again be a painless and perfectly executed move to all three locations. If you are looking for an experienced and trustworthy mover, look no further.

Damaged items due to mishandling furniture. My couch was scratched from being lifted, nothing was wrapped for protection. When I let mover (Jorge) know about the scratches on my couch and showed him the video of the damages, he proceeded to say it wasn’t them. My couch was not scratched at all prior to this move. Mover said best he could do is buy a patch for it, but I still have not received anything yet. My bedroom set has a broken piece and will not hold the same anymore. I was told it would be $95.00/hr so I trusted I would be getting professional service and mover showed up with his son who was a teenager. I witnessed his son drop at least three boxes. Mover got there at 10am and charges me for 5 hrs when he was paid out at 2:42 pm. Would not recommend, do not use their services.

Eddie explained everything very clearly over the phone and followed through with estimates & contract information timely and well ahead of the moving date. The movers, Jorge & Tomas, were superb. They were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to make our move an easy, smooth, and worry-free event. The company's price was very reasonable. We received quality service from beginning to end. They were excellent in communicating with us throughout the whole move. We HIGHLY recommend El Valle Relocation Services to help you move. I used El Valle for a local move in Laredo and was exceptionally happy with their service. The movers were extremely professional and worked quickly to empty my current residence and move everything into my new residence. I highly recommend their service.

was falsely accused of not paying my bill by service manager just cause I cancelled service due to an emergency. They also did not like that I asked for the same movers to do a new job. The bottom line is they do not need my small time business. No problem.

Keep looking. We were were quoted $1500 less than the final cost. The guys moving were good workers and very respectful, BUT the business practices are not honest.

This business is fantastic! The entire experience was seamless- from the booking to arrival, loading and unloading- they were wonderful. Their prices were reasonable, too!! It was a very stressful move out situation- and they were 100% professional and helpful-every.single.moment! It was a 4 hour relocation- and they did it easily! I will recommend them to everyone!

Our closing date got moved and El Valle was able to accommodate the reschedule. Moreover the inventory of what was to move changed. They accommodated that too. Then they showed up maybe a half hour early the the whole thing done with surgical speed. I just happened upon their listing and am very thankful I did.
