Damaris Terrazas was my initial realtor since June 2022. She had patience and transparency with my home buying goals. I remember her explaining everything to me and the fact that she was previously a teacher showed her abilities to clarify and walk me through any doubt I may have had. Damaris went above and beyond and also helped my son which is 20 years old to close on his first home. She would go out of her way more than once to make things flow easier and to meet our deadline. She helped me connect with people that looked over our best interests and got us the best savings to our overall costs. I remember one day we went to the bank to get a cashiers check for our escrow deposit, she was so charismatic and witty that ended up attracting more customers just by her pure essence! I had the pleasure of working with Flor for about half a year before making a final purchase.Flor is patient, accessible, knowledgeable, and resourceful.For starters, she never made me feel pressured to make a decision; more importantly, it was more important for me to have made the right decision than to hastily or under pressure make a decision that was not the right fit. She always said, “do NOT buy it if you do not LOVE it.”She learned my preferences and had no problem showing me any property on a whim, even if she knew full well I was not going to like the property. She was present for all home showings, never rushed me on the viewings, and made me the priority when she was working with me.She also was helpful in recommending a good bidding price and in guiding me through several offers before the right match was made. She advocated on my behalf always to the seller. Again, having me make the right decision was the most important part of the relationship.She is honest in her opinion and wanted me to invest in a property that had a higher chance of increasing the most in value in the future. That way, in case I decided I needed to make a future change, my investment would serve me well in whichever direction I decided to take.She is also resourceful and knowledgeable, helpful even beyond the sale. If there were any issues with the property or any questions needed to be answered, she knew exactly who to call, and those people she connected me with provided an honest service at a cost satisfactory rate, without nickle-and-diming me.In summary, if you are looking for someone with patience, expertise, and knowledge about the Laredo real estate market, Flor is a sure bet. I hope to work with her again one day in the future.

Be very careful with this realtor Vicky Pineda from Laredo TX, I bought a house that she had for sale, we only asked for a repair on the house and they sent us a fake photo that had been repaired, then at first she tried to help solve the problem In the end she left us alone, she worked very well to help her client (seller) scam us, but at the expense of us (buyer), do not trust her, ask for everything in writing. Be very careful with this realtor, I bought a house that she had for sale (Vicky Pineda, Laredo TX), we only asked for one repair in the house (pool light) and she sent us a false photo that had been repaired, it wasn't, then at first she apparently tried to help, to solve the problem but at the end she left us alone, she worked very well to protect their client (seller) but at the expense of us (buyer), we lost $1000 in that repair, do not trust her, ask for everything by writing.
