Not a good experience. The woman that primarily works the shop floor is just awful to interact with. I've been to this store on 3 occasions and each time she just put me off ever coming back. I've observed her being really rude to customers and I've waited in line while she finished up a personal call on her cell phone. I asked for a manager at my last visit and she told me that she is the manager. I didn't believe that for one second. If it is true however, then it explains why this store is filthy and depressing. Skip this store and order online!

This store is poorly managed by the woman with the over filled lips. I don't know how else to differentiate her, as she claims to be the manager but then so did another employee. If you have issues just call the corporate office while you're on site. Corporate are wonderful and although they shouldn't have to, they micro manage this place to make sure they keep within Express policy. I still love Express, I just avoid this awfully managed store.

I am a local guide/reviewer with Google Maps and also do Consumer Reports surveys. I have 1.8 million views from all my reviews I've done. Level 7 guide. In other words, I'm a Mystery Shopper. I have never ever had an issue like this happen to me while doing a survey. I was at the Mall Del Norte in Laredo, Texas. As I'm shopping the music is on the speaker and I start hearing the very vulgar display of music that was on in the store. This was a rap song with such dirty bad words and degrading of woman in the worst way I have ever heard before. Kids were in the store and so were older woman who noticed the music's very foul lyrics. The "N" word was used often "pu**y popping/d*ck sucking b*tches who aint sh*t" to name a few words from the music. I went to this woman named Andrea who said she was the manager and that this was "corporate approved" music. the manager that evening had a very sarcastic and condescending attitude towards us. I asked her if what was playing was a corporate approved playlist and she said yes they played that kind of music. Since she didn't seem to take our concerns seriously, we asked her for her manager's contact info which she didn't want to give out. She also didn't want to give us her name. The reason I was able to get her name is from another employee whom I went up and ask what her name was. She said she did not have to give her name out and didn't want to do it. She went to the back to contact her supervisor whom she said wasn't there and gave me a name to call and ask for Stephanie Meza. While shopping there the security was called and asked me and my co worker to "hurry up" and leave and that the store was going to refuse our business and didn't have to sell to us if they wanted to. All the employees lied to us about where the manager Andrea was at when she went to the back and didn't come back out. Ive never in all the years doing this had such treatment from a well known store as Express. Rest assure I will be heard on this matter and corporate is going to hear about this.

Bought an ítem online with a gift card, could not complete the transaction, but nevertheless the Express system kept the money from the gift card.IMPOSSIBLE to get through the 1-800 number to solve the issue. Express kept my money!!Very disappointing.

Store was very clean n clerks were very helpful n opening the dressing room to try on some jeans n checking out with the cashier. Store was not that crowded.
