This is my home away from home. I stay here a lot due to work travels. The staff has always been super accommodating and friendly. Claudia and her staff greet me by first name and always take care of anything that I may need as a guest. They actually have a pretty decent breakfast made by the sweetest lady named Laura! She always greets me and my coworkers with hugs, smiles and warm welcomes. Laura is absolutely amazing!!! Overall the experience at this hotel has been one of the best. It’s difficult traveling and being away from home while working, but this Fairfield makes it a lot easier. Thank you to all the staff at this location; You guys are amazing!🙏🙏🙏

Good stay. Checked all the boxes. Happy hour was a nice touch, but lacking. Only complaints are thin walls, iffy breakfast and wierd placement of soap containers in the shower.Nice location to outside food options and it felt like a relatively safe area.

Excellent lodging option in Laredo, Tx. Comfortable and clean room. Vast, varied and rich buffet. Free parking. A few steps from the shopping center and Fudrockets.

All Marriott hotels are class, this one in particular has excellent facilities, due to the proximity of the mall that you can walk to and close to the freeway as well. 100% recommended

El personal nosnhizo un cargo en mi tarjeta al parecer erróneo confirmaron que había una equivocación donde la única persona autorizada para aprobar el reembolso era la gerente después de un mes y medio de no recibir dichobreembolso me dejaron el cargo tañ cual como estaba el error muy mal servicio de la gerencia al asumir responsabilidades ..

The rooms are on par, the free breakfast is a plus. A gentleman by the name of Hannah is the reason for my review. I am not sure of his position/title. As far as hospitality and customer service are concerned, he has gone above and beyond my expectations. From the first evening of our stay(3 weeks all together) to today. He has a friendly demeanor and cheerful attitude and speaks with me or my wife every time he sees us. My wife had nothing but good things to say as well. He is always ready to accommodate us in any way professionally possible. Thanks again Hannah, you need a raise!Rooms: Can't speak for other rooms, but the room I am in is a handicap room so it is spacious and comfortable.Nearby activities: Restaurants in every direction in close proximity. There is also a pool on the property that my family and I have used and enjoyed.Food & drinks: Free hot breakfast in the morning, an oatmeal bar, juice and coffee. Happy hour on weekdays, not sure which but free snacks and beverages, alcoholic and non.

Simple but nice hotel convenient located near a large grocery store and many restaurants. Rooms are comfortable and clean, I was upgraded to a suite, which was great! The gym is small but enables you to get your daily workout done, and there is an outside pool.Breakfast in the morning is included. I had a nice stay this week.

I had the pleasure of staying here with the intention of staying for 2 nights when my company notified me and my plans changed to just 1 night. Now most hotels have policies in place and if your plans change will still charge you for an additional night. Not in this case Claudia (Manager) was very understanding and charged me only for the 1 night. Her professionalism and discretion for the guest's needs are way above my expectations and will be the reason to choose this hotel as my ONLY place to stay. Not to mention Andrea (Front Desk Agent) was very friendly and wished me a safe trip back to San Antonio. Greatly appreciated!Rooms: Very clean and very spacious.

Compare the the rest of LaRedO hotels I’d either stay here or at the Residence. Fairfield at least has consistent air conditioner that shouldn’t wake you up at night if you turn fan to “on”, the bathroom is sufficient, and the beds are also sufficient comfort. Staff is friendly of course. Gym is super basic but better than nothing; dumbells to 50 pounds and about 4 machines (treadmill and bike)

Beautiful and clean, they renovated the hotel recently and became very comfortable and beautiful. The staff there were amazing and helpful. The pool was under maintenance, but when I asked them if we could use it, the management responded to my request immediately and made it ready for us. I want to thank the staff and the management for their quick response to my request and for the great service ?. they have happy hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday as they offer free drinks and snacks for the guests staying in the hotel for two hours.Rooms: Clean and comfortableFood & drinks: The breakfast was excellent, they have several kind of food and drinks. Also, they have happy hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday as they offer free drinks and snacks for the guests staying in the hotel for two hours.

We were traveling with grandkids, both minors, I reserved almost a week prior and requested adjoining rooms to have kids close. I also called the day of our arrival (2 hours before we arrived). and it was confirmed the adjoining rooms I had reserved were held but one room wasn’t ready, so far all was totally understandable.My family and I get to hotel at 2:30 and adjoining rooms were not available, AT ALL! One of the adjoining rooms had been booked!They booked my family and in into two rooms down the hall from one another. This is totally unacceptable. Does the hotel actually expect minors to stay in a room by them themselves? My husband and I split up and we each stayed with a child. We have stayed at this hotel many times and even had adjoining rooms for kids. It’s never been a problem before this time.I just can’t believe they did this to my family. We in town celebrating my granddaughters birthday and this experience started off our weekend quite poorly. The manager didn’t even have the courtesy of calling me herself to explain what happened.Complete lack of compassion, courtesy and professionalism!
