I can't believe this bad this place is and looks. From the start the grass is overgrown and the place pretty much looks abandoned but isn't.The front door locked and no one answers the phone. The mailbox is broken and in the middle of the ramp to get to the door. Front light bulb missing. And that's the least... There are 3 vehicles parked in the front yet no body cares to open the door or answer the phone. Disgusting and sad. This place should just be closed since the people here don't work.

I needed some particular loctite on short notice for work. I got here 6 minutes before closing and not only did they have it in stock, but the man working knew right where to find it, got it for me, and had me cashed out in no time at all.

Called on a Friday 30 min before closing time, told the guy I was 15 min away. He must have sprinted to the door to lock it. Pulled into the parking lot with time to spare and the guy is pulling out... So waited all weekend long. Now its Monday, supposed to be open at 7am. Nope, sat in the parking lot for 20 min before I got pissed and left. I can't believe Fastenal would hire such lazy employees. I've never had a problem with this company till now. Needless to say, I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Had to return bolts. Manager was giving me attitude for returning a 2nd set stating that used bolts cant be returned. None of them were used and the bag was closed. Pointless to be making such assumptions from across the room.
