I stopped in to get help figuring out a strange clicking noise in my Mustang, and Byron and Ruiz came out to check it out. They diagnosed the issue quickly and explained everything clearly. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and honestly some of the best customer service I’ve had with a mechanic. I’d absolutely recommend them.

Highly Highly Recommend Federal Tire for car service needs. Everyone is helpful, but more importantly, honest. I have found that in the car industry, honesty is very difficult to find. It is evident to see that customers are loyal, that comes from fantastic service, fare prices, and the trust that has been built. I too have become a loyal customer.

Went in early took nearly 3 hours just for the oil change. Another customer got there later than me and left like :45 minutes faster. They used to be better than these people are today.

Never again will I go to this tire shop. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and an inspection. I asked them to call me to go pick it up once they were done. I went in at 9 am it was already close to two and no one had called me. I called and the person who answered stated "oh yes that vehicle has been ready for a while now". I get there and they told me I didn't pass inspection. That I needed new tires. (Go figure they sell tires). I went to another inspection place and nothing was wrong with my tires I passed!

For years I have taken my vehicle there for oil changes, air filters changes, and so far I have always been very satisfied with their service. It's located on Bartlett St. Next to the Firestone store.To the whole crew I appreciate you.
