Went to drop off items. I had a label that was sent to me by a company to return the items at FedEx. I was told by the company that FedEx could scan the label, which had a barcode, and that would be that. However, the dude at FedEx said he could not do that. He needed a QR code to scan. Also, he said his printer was not working so he could not print the label if I sent it to him.
I can sort of understand that. Maybe the company is wrong and the FedEx dude is right. The problem is I was supposed to also be able to just drop the items off without having to box them up, like you can do with Amazon items at a UPS store.
The FedEx guy told me it would be better to bring the items in a box and box it up and put the label on it myself because they could do it but they just had some old boxes in the back that he would have to use if I did not box it myself.
He was very much discouraging me from dropping off the unboxed items like I'm supposed to be able to do.

Staff have NO idea what they are doing. They kept asking ME how to input the address and wasted 20 minutes bumbling about. Then they kept trying to pass us for the next person because they had no clue how to help us. Never again.
