Came in for a tire rotation and wheel alignment. Front tires were starting to wear un even. Due to scheduling conflicts, my wife picked up the car. When I got home, I noticed that the tires had not been rotated. Thus making making the wheel alignment redundant. Called and explained the situation the manager understood, but due to some employee scheduling, he could offer a redo on the service next week. The time frame didnt workout for me and I decided to get my car serviced somewhere else.
If something as routine as a wheel alignment is hit or miss with this shop. It does not inspire trust or confidence to do business here.

I always have excellent service from Firestone auto car. The employees are great. The service is great. The tell you the truth on wait time and they let you know what they think your car needs without any sales pressure!

The associates were very professional from the moment I walked into the store. I explained I was there for an alignment and they immediately looked up my customer information and took my truck in. After the alignment they explained that they had performed a check and that my battery had some corrosion that needed attention. They provided me with an email PDF of the with done and the results of the alignment as well. Great job!!!

I had a slow leak on a tire that I couldn’t find. Firestone was the only place open in my area on Sunday. They were very helpful and courteous. Unfortunately, I had to take my vehicle to another place the next day, no fault of Firestones. But they still took the time to look for the leak, show me where they believed it to be, and made sure to put extra air in my tire to help me make it to the other location. This place made me feel like they care for their customers.

We came in bright and early at 7am and 2nd in line, everything was fine, nothing out of the ordinary, where problems began to arise was when called about 5 hours later to check the status of my car, for an oil change and tire rotation, that it was up next, then I called again 3 hours later and said that it was up next, I called again 2 hours later and they said that it was in the bay, and that it would be another hour, I didn’t get my vehicle back until 11 hours after we dropped it off, was told that they were short staffed and only had 1 technician in the back, to my surprise, clearly, more than one person working in the shop, and to find out they did not do the tire rotation, and on top of that, not even the courtesy to leave my car in the front parking lot, they made me go to the back of the shop to pick it up myself.

FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE JULIO WAS GREETFUL WITH GREAT ATTITUDE. JULIO CALLED TO KEEP ME INFORMED OF ALL THE DETAILS. SERVICING TIME WAS QUICK PROMPTLY.

Overall,great job. My visit was fir computer reset due to brake pads work.
Truck went in late Saturday and ready by Monday noon.
A courtesy call would have put the cherry on top.

This tire shop did amazing, they do almost every service for your car. Alignments, fluids, tires, oil changes, etc. I would recommend it if you don’t like taking your car from shop to shop to get different things done. The update they did to the store looks great.

Wow ! visited this location August 27,2024 and I loved it! They really stepped up their game in this store from February, the last time I was here . They have remodeled the lobby , it is really modern and clean . They Even have a table for customers to wait and charge your phones or electronic devices.
I'm a realtor so having a table to sit and work with my laptop was perfect while I waited for my car to get serviced ! I was very impressed and the customer service was excellent as well. Definitely recommend this Firestone location
