I arrived on a Saturday, with two individuals engaged in work duties. It took approximately 15-20 minutes to locate me, and subsequently, it took about 30-45 minutes to arrange for insurance. The process was straightforward, involving simple liability insurance with a down payment of $75 and monthly payments of $55. Overall, the experience was quite satisfactory.

Waited more than a month to post this review. Wanted to give Fred Loya a solid chance at doing the right thing. Didn’t happen.My wife was recently rear ended by one of their clients. Person that hit her vehicle was nice enough, shared insurance info., etc. Trouble came when I reached out to Fred Loya. I submitted claim info. and within 1-2 days I received the bad news. Claim not covered. Turns out their client was late with one payment, which caused their coverage to lapse. My claim (accident) was denied by a difference of five days (from lapse). But fortunately for them, their client is able to still catch up on payments and coverage would be reinstated. For us, not so much. I thought I had heard them all… thanks for nothing Fred Loya. Please don’t respond to this review with a polite “contact us, we care” message. Done that already… you don’t.(Also, I received 4-5 calls after verbal denial of claim letting me know my claim had been denied. Even after I had asked for them to please stop, they called me again.)

I was hit by a Fred Loya costumer and they are not helpful at all. They don’t rent you a car or have someone they work with locally so it’s up to you to find a shop and if the shop has your car for like a week but only work on it for three days that is the days they pay you for rental. That’s right you have to pay the other 4 days out of your own pocket. Cheap insurance not helpful at all. So if you get hit by a Fred Loya costumer get a lawyer.
