Park on street. Walk to guard shack. There is a computer you use inside guard shack to submit your info. Then walk over to other building and check in at shipping and receiving. From there you will get paperwork. Show to guard he will assign a door. 2 hours from time I got here to I left with my load.

Nightmare
There is no where to park safely and you have to check in at the guard station then go to shipping and receiving after you get your paperwork you have to wait on the so-called check in guy to give you a dock door which there’s no way to do this very well. They need to switch over to cell phones that way the drivers can wait in their trucks and not block up the main road, literally have 8 to 10 guys waiting by the guard shack for a dock.
Hope I never come back!

people who work there do 2 things good:
1. lie
2. cover each other`s lies
telling you your freight is ready come in pick it up in the morning, and once truck arrives saying its not ready till Monday, aswell as same person representing himself using different names over the phone, and supervisor saying such people do not work here afterwards

Not bad at all. Came to load up and only 2 hours and bamm, out. Do not go into yard because you will have to pay a fine. Park on the side street and walk to guard. Thank you.

Guys, when you turn right, heading towards the Gilbert yard, you will see the name on the building to your left. If you are delivering paper rolls, wood pulp etc... Chances are that's exactly where you are going to need to dock at, but continue to the Left at the stop sign. .Park on either side of the road. The shipping/receiving office is through the gate to your left. Park and walk over and check in with the security guy and etc. He has bolt cutters in his shack.Don't attempt to drive straight through. You see the sign? Lol.... But really, save yourself the problems and just park on the street.THEY OPEN 9 AM. Not sooner.
