My favorite go car wash of Laredo is the one on International, unfortunately this is the second time I get this kid or young looking man, looks high school age, maybe, today he was especially rude with his faces and gestures when I pulled up to get my car washed (he also threw the sign to the side that says please wait for attendant) he was very rude and unprofessional. (Septemer 1, 2024) Time (12:10pm-12:15pm) this is the exact date and time so ya'll know which attendant is. He should get a warning towards his attitude or work, or get fired.

Very poor customer service, management also acts very aggressive. Also when I go for my car wash I pay for the “expensive” membership but when going through they give me the basic car wash plan.

Same as all other car washes when they open they do great but once up and running the working giving the first scrub to the truck don’t even do it anymore at least not with the effort they did when it opened ??♂️

That's why they don't always want to work with new people. They grab the broom and just don't wipe the car...very bad job
