The food is excellent and the options they have are endless. Their customer service is amazing and Adolfo is so awesome and recommends things based on the customers needs. He’s also super knowledgeable about the products the business sells and promotes. The recently added sugar free protein iced lattes are so delicious giving people options to take them in the can or have them prepared for you on the spot with ice and toppings. The protein donuts are also delicious and a great healthy option for those who have a sweet tooth. Having a membership is also beneficial as it provides discounts for menu items not to mention the delivery is free which is a tremendous help for people who struggle with leaving work due to complex work schedules during their lunch hour.

Not sure how this place has so many high reviews, ordered a dish delivered through ubereats. Took an extra 20 minutes than initial delivery was set for and Parmesan Chicken came cold with ordered brown rice and asparagus as sides. The brown rice was white... and the asparagus was like two stands and undercooked and not edible. Waste of time and money, forced myself to eat the chicken and rice because I was hungry (had no flavor, recommend salt, pepper and garlic) but will not be coming back or recommending what seemed like a practical joke.

My son has been eating Golden Fit meals for about a month and he’s loving it! Thanks to Power 5 Laredo and Coach Derek, he got a body scan and a discount on the meal package. My son has been building more muscle and feels so much better getting the right nutrition. Thank you Golden Fit for helping us not keep guessing his nutrition. Getting healthier every day.

Food is straight fire, there isn’t a week i dont stop by to eat here, or buy a meal to go. They also sell solid supplements for over all health and nutrition, And not only that but the customer service it top tier , adolfo is always helpful and super friendly.
