I have been a fan of the Gold's Gyms, personal has been very helpful and friendly. However I recently visited the women's area of this gym , and I am not planning on going back soon, at least to this area. It was messy, smelled, weigths and matts felt old and dirty.
Please pay attention to it! I like the brand a lot!! I hate the feeling of not wanting to go back.

I came here to find a gym for three months. I went to Gold Gym. I cancelled my membership. I paid 588 dollars in these three months. I don't know how it was charged.

One location better than the other overall in my opinion
Month to month and cancellation always seem to be a problem they will get you for two months if you don’t cancel to the t 30 days prior
Moving out of town but other than that not bad for the money in comparison to other gyms and their equipment but Del Mar couldn’t keep track and appreciate you as much if they don’t remember you

I have attended this gym for quite a while. One of the most notable employees to me is Ashton. He is always there to do his job and help you out with anything. Many times he has also given me lifting advice. Not only does he help but he engages in conversations with us gym goers. All in all, this gym is a great experience with its great equipment along with its great employees.
