Wow worst experience ever . First I drop off the meds at 8 am then I am calling and calling and no one answered!!! I come around 3 and then am told meds still need to be approved they were on hold . Like wow could of at least communicated that’s too me . My daughter is sick and needs her meds like now .

Am very happy to say that I can't agree to the bad comments! I have been going to this pharmacy and had nothing but very good help from most of the employees. One employee in specifically Alexandra always greets us and attends us very well educated and knowledgeable to respond to the questions we ask about our medication. Thank you guys keep up the good work!

All the pharmacy employees are very rude unprofessional and they don’t even call you to advise you if prescriptions will be covered by your insurance or even a courtesy call so that you can have dr send something else. These people at the pharmacy need to be replaced or reoriented again! They have no people skills! Very disappointed with Heb pharmacy and how no one has made changes at this local pharmacy. It’s like they expect you to know which medicines are ready and what will not be covered. All of them are so unprofessional, disorganized, and not people friendly at all. Someone hire up from HEB needs to come and see what it actually is without anyone notifying them “hire up” is coming!! Grumpy and miserable people work at heb Guadalupe pharmacy!

You have to call for them to let you know how ling the prescription will be ready. Other than that good pharmacy.
