I'm a long time customer of this HEB saunders, but in these last days I been having problems to get my medication from the farmacy there's this lady that has a bad attitude she never helps to find my prescription when ask she only says there's nothing for you in the system even if a say that I just got a confirmation by text that I have medication ready, she says it maybe that the system is not working and that's it, she gives a look to you do as you want i don't care, I'm not coming back to this HEB.. I'm an elderly man that had a bad experience at this store..

Service desk employee and manager lied to my face regarding a return twice.
I came to return a blender I had purchased same day at another location. HEB return policy states that any item can be returned to any location if the location holds the same item.
I went to the service desk and was told they do not have the blender, and thus cannot accept a return/refund. I checked on the app if the same blender was at the location, and it was. I called the HEB service desk and they changed their reason, stating that, "they'd receive a loss," if they accepted my return. They confirmed they did have the item and lied to me when I was in the store. Why make me drive around all the city to return a stupid blender? The service worker had an attitude both in person and on the phone.

This H-E-B is not handicap accessible in the afternoons when they close the left-side entrance. We have previously informed them about this issue, but they have done nothing to fix it. The store’s mobility scooters are placed near the closed doors, making them inaccessible. When asked, employees claimed there are no charging stations near the open entrance, but that is false—other H-E-B locations have charging stations outside, and this store could do the same.
Additionally, shopping carts are blocking the sidewalk leading to the closed entrance, creating a major hazard. As a legally blind individual, I am forced to navigate around them, risking injury or even being hit by a car.
This situation is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately. H-E-B must make this location fully accessible to all customers, just as the law requires

Who was the smart person that decided to do the resurface of the pavement during the day when people are trying to buy groceries when the store is closed at night and they can get it done all in one night!!!!🤦🏽🤦🏽🤦🏽🤦🏽🤦🏽🤦🏽🤡🤡🤡

DO DONT GET YOUR CUSTOM CAKES DONE HERE!!!!! From the jump every baker in this heb has an attitude problem and will not fulfill what you wanted for a cake.My brothers birthday was this past Monday and we ordered a custom cake in advance the maam with the scar on her lip told us it was possible to have the design that we wanted well come to find out on the day of the party exactly 10 minutes from the pick up time they call that they were not able to make that design. We rushed over to see what else we can have on the cake only to find out they “completed” our cake and it was the laziest way I’ve seen someone decorate it. It was not worth what we payed for! We tried fixing it by adding sprinkles and that just made it worse. When we went to return it the bakery manager Jocelyn gave us extremely unprofessional service and would talk over us when we wanted our money back and if that wasn’t possible just to redecorate it but no after how mis Jocelyn reacted towards us we did not want to have our cake tampered with. We instead went to get a tres leches cake which heb excels all making and on the way out we heard her talking about us to other team members in a rude way.
This heb needs to train their bakers and miss Jocelyn on customer service I WILL NOT return to this bakery and they’re joke of a staff!!! Miss Jocelyn and her bakery staff need to be retrained in customer service and taking customers orders CORRECTLY!!! Below I posted the reference and what we received on the day of my brothers special day. We tried removing the sprinkles to salvage the cake but why do WE need to fix THEIR mistake!!!! And I also left below the final cake we had for his party! Completely ruined his birthday and I’m fuming over this!!!!
