Had to visit three different HEBs because the ones near my area do not stock simple plain, Kraft brand aioli. Not some rare Asian sauce or some scare European cheese, no, I was looking for run of the mill aioli and three stores didn't carry it. I had to go to a store on the north side of town to find not one, but three different American brands of aioli!!? What is this nonsense!?!??? you people's demographic research is not correct. You need to do better HEB, or let other grocers move into town. This ridiculous!

This heb is taking pains pills away from seniors that are in alot of pain all the time and can hardly walk. I get over 2000 views on my reviews read this people it's true. We will be sueing this heb.

Two birthday cakes messed up! We asked for general cakes, off of their shelf. The only difference being with white bread. Twice the persons celebrating their birthday have been surprised with what they didn’t ask for. One of them didn’t even touch their cake. Tried calling the bakery, but I was hung up on after I was placed on hold.

Terrible service. They let me pay for ice and it turns out they didn't have any. After having told the self checkout attendants and a manager, they said I had to wait in a long line to get my money back.

Bad experience when picking up my curbside order, they closed at 10pm and I arrived 10:07 and their normal schedule is at 11 pm. They did not mentioned that they where going to closed today earlier, please update your app schedule. Try to walk in to buy a couple of items that were needed for tomorrow morning and it was all closed.
