Update: we came back today for my kids haircut
Mr. Ricardo did an amazing job for my little boy.
Not the best service with washing hair and they charged me the full price for it.
You scalp will feel greasier and dirtier afterwards.

I recently visited this location and I cannot recommend them enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere. Ricardo was incredibly professional and attentive. He took the time to listen to my preferences and offered great suggestions based on my kids hair . I was really impressed by his skill and attention to detail, he executed the perfect cut that exceeded my expectations! Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning. If you're looking for a talented barber who genuinely cares about their clients, he’s the one!

The place is organized and there is plenty of stylist availability, highly recommended
Stylist: Elsa was polite, friendly, professional and quick.
Makes feel there's hope in Laredo since good service is really hard to find. Please never let go of her.

If I could give it no stars I would, but I guess thats my bad for going there in the first place. One staff member who cut my 8yr old boys hair left him marks in the back of his neck, that look like skid marks. Looked like he was dragged through the concrete. I called and complained and all I was told was I’m sorry we’ll let the person in charge know so they can talk to the staff member. They call me back 5 min later saying they offer me credit for a free cut next time. Meanwhile my son had to suffer, because the back of his neck was burning. And lastly let’s hope he doesn't get an infection.
