Dressing rooms closed. And then they had me standing there in front of register waiting for someone to charge me. And since I didn't get to try on the shirt I am about the return policy, and the cashier wasn't sure what it was.
Nothing but a clown show.

I should be a spokesperson for H&M this is where I shop hardcore, I'm in there 3x a week?I love the place, always clean and tidy. The staff is very helpful. The prices are great!

The reason for the low star rating is because the lack of customer support at the Laredo Tx store located inside the Mall Del Norte 5300 San Dario Ave. I was disappointed because I needed to do a return from a gift I received and the employees who were working on 3/7/2022 we’re not helpful at all. All they kept saying was that they could not do the return since it “appeared” to be an online order. Unfortunately I did not have my receipt because the item I needed to return or exchange was gifted to me. The employees said they could not exchange and much less give me a in store credit either. This was disappointing because I am a frequent shopper at H&M and have not encountered problems in the past. I am also an H&M member since 2018. All I really want is to either exchange the product or receive store credit to continue shopping at this store and give them my loyal business.I understand some transactions are more comprehensive and some cashiers are not properly trained to handle them, but in that case it is best to call a member of management and let them handle the issue. It is a perfect teaching moment where the manager can train the cashier on resolving customer issues and provide a positive experience. An exchange or even store credit with a positive experience a lot of times leads to a large sale of $100 or more which is great for sales. Employees were not rude just not properly trained
