The staff is to slow, they are closing the business line at window every Saturday they send us to the last line, but Monday through Friday that line they have close.

Leslie Lopez has no business being in customer service. She is rude and condescending and refused to help. She actually pretended to call a supervisor right in front of me.I've had great experiences at this location through the drive through but this transaction required that I get down.I was trying to deposit my minor son's check into our account. I had my son with me along with his birth certificate.Leslie told me she was under the supervision of Mr. Gonzalez at the Saunders location but I needed to go to that location for an approval.If she and the Welby location are under his advisement why do I need to go to a different bank location? What if you don't live in the town you opened your original account in?Leslie totally ruined my morning. What a disappointment, thanks a lot.
