Customer service is ok, but GOD do they take their sweet time. At the mobile bank, with 1 car in front I waited 45 min. After I got tired of waiting, I decided to get down and visit the lobby. AnD to my surprise, 0 customers were in there. I ask the teller if there was an issue in the mobile bank, but she said no, everything was OK. Yeah, I have no idea why they take too long at their mobile bank.

Always under staffed. The wait is usually 10 minutes minimum. ATMs are always messing up or not working.

I have been with this bank for years. Excellent services but the same thing always happens on this date, they close very early even though it is not a holiday and one cannot withdraw money or change their check and I know that one gives without money and waiting for what they will have the next day or for one to be open

They say they do currency exchange, yet when I told them that I'd like to change some Canadian dollars into US Dollars, they said they change only peso... If that's the situation, at least put a sign outside that you exchange solely peso vs dollars, this way people don't have to walk in and wait in line for nothing.

Literally the worst bank in Laredo, actually worst bank in general. I don’t even know why I would even choose them as my bank. Literally the worst, customer service horrible, the wait times horrible, I mean what’s going on with this bank. Very disappointed and will be shutting down my account in the next couple of weeks. Worst bank in Texas, I’d recommend no one

Terrible Service. My family member went in today and the teller said that they couldn't help because it was going to take too long for them and the branch had just opened. Multiple family members have had issues with tellers at this bank. Hope management sees this and takes corrective action. Been a client since 09 and will be canceling based on service. Wish I didn't have to give them any stars. I never leave reviews but this is absolutely terrible.
