To: IBC Management
Subject: Gross Misconduct and Confidentiality Breach by Manager Aaron Ayala
I am writing to express my outrage and disgust at the appalling behavior of Manager Aaron Ayala at the IBC facility. On [Date], I visited the facility to drop off medicine for my child, as part of a shared custody arrangement with Estefania Rodriguez, an employee at IBC.
Despite obtaining permission from Manager Aaron Ayala to drop off the medicine, he saw fit to betray my trust and share my confidential custody information with other employees. This is a shocking breach of confidentiality and a staggering display of unprofessionalism.
Manager Aaron Ayala's actions demonstrate a blatant disregard for employee and customer privacy, and his conduct is utterly unacceptable. I demand that immediate action is taken to address this incident and ensure that Manager Aaron Ayala is held accountable for his gross misconduct.
I expect a full investigation into this matter, and I request that Manager Aaron Ayala is subjected to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

I keep trying to change my address & for some reason it keeps reverting back to my old address. AWFUL service by the extremely unknowledgeable Evelyn, but even worst treatment from the employee that changed my address Sarah Valles. Evelyn thought she could change it, asked what she had to do; Sarah told Evelyn she has to do it herself if I'd like to wait (without asking me directly or even acknowledging me) after she's done with her customer (who's waiting in the room by himself while all the staff joined together talking to each other and to some customer for over 15 minutes while the rest of us wait. Talking about this Aunt, his Wife, the most ridiculous and unprofessional thing I've experienced in a bank. She then went back to her customer opening an account. I waited another 20 mins. She changed my address but the damage is done. I'm seriously considering changing banks after this. I can't think of a good reason to stay other than convenience.

Bad service in the self-service business, they make you wait more than 30 minutes where there is only one car, no more, they should put more staff since most of them just sit inside without doing anything. This is the place on Zapata Hwy
