Horrible experience!!! The person that “attended” us was showing us nothing but blatant disrespect! She was treating me like a “cop” with the upmost disrespect. Super rude. Just because she has a miserable life, who is she to project that onto people? 0/10 experience. This place does not even deserve the 1 star I am giving.

terrible customer service!!! the lady i spoke with on the phone about my car that had been towed was incredibly rude to me right from the beginning of the phone call. She had the worst attitude for a grown lady of her age, if you hate your job so much and are incapable of showing others basic respect and decency then get another job. Just because you're miserable doesn't mean you have to ruin other's days. She even tried to tell me it would cost $1,000 to get my car back which she later passed off as a "joke" after my sister spoke to her to try to calm her down. Thankfully I did not have to pay that amount at the end but she was very willing to over charge me just because she was upset. Very unprofessional. Everyone else I interacted with here was lovely, and the service itself deserves five stars had it not been for that awful lady they choose to answer phones.

Took my pickup here for a replacement transmission. The first issue was it took them 2 weeks to start working on it sitting in the parking lot. Once they finally put the new unit in it was faulty and wouldn't shift from 1st to 2nd gear. After 2 more tries they finally got it to work correctly... Until today. I'm now sitting on the side of the highway at the closest shop I could find. where they informed me the 6 bolts holding the transmission to the transfer case were finger tight. Which the technician said is the fault of the shop that installed it. After calling JR Martinez and politely asking if they would be willing to do anything I got a very short fused woman on the phone. So all this to say, not olny are the mechanics bad, and the parts faulty, but the customer service also sucks! I will not be returning to JR Martinez South!

The staff is super helpful, and was able to install my tow hitch and wiring without any major problems. Bonus points for having Charlie the dog greeting customers.

Got my truck's headache racks made and installed here. I chose the ones with lights, it's worth the upgrade. Quality and workmanship is great.Staff really needs to work on their time estimates and communication with customers. There were delays, which is fine, but I was never informed I had to be calling and finding out about the delays. After the racks, I bought a special order accessory. Paid for it and waited the time they told me to. When I called to pick it up they didn't know what to tell me, it just wasn't there. I had to go in person to find out that they never ordered my part and their supplier did not have it available. So I had to get my money back.I gave 5 star because they did an awesome job on the headache racks. If It wasn't for the racks I would have given it a 1 star because they charged me and never ordered my special order accessory.
