8 years ago I took a brand new car to Kustom Kar Wash to get it tinted. Unfortunately, the installer smoked inside my car during the installation. When I got my car back it reeked of cigarette smell for weeks. Otherwise, it was a decent tint job.

I had an unfortunate experience when my car got soaked in an unexpected hailstorm, leaving my seats wet. After a long drive, I left my car doors open to dry them in the Laredo heat, only to have a tomcat urinate in my car. It was unbearable! Fortunately, Kustom Kar Wash came to the rescue with their friendly and professional service. From the moment I contacted them to when they delivered my vehicle, the service was gentlemanly and top-notch. I'll definitely be returning for tinting of the front windows and the windshield eyebrow. Thank you, Kustom Kar Wash, for saving the day!

Been taking my truck there for quite some time and I just started taking my wife’s new vehicle and as always great job. I usually have it done on my days off so I can drop it off and pick it up later. Yes price is a little high but it’s worth it.

Went to shop to have my windows re-tinted. Had bought product, years back, with a lifetime guarantee. The clerk, Gaspar, immediately told me that they would not honor the written agreement without the owner's (Mr Gonzalez) authorization. Clerk took my name, number & said he'd tell Gonzalez to contact me. Followed up for two days. Gonzalez completely ignored me. Do not do business with these people. They employ horrendous business practices. They do not stand by their commitment. Take your business & money to reliable individuals.

I bought my first car and was recommended to take it to Kustom Kar wash. I was told their service is excellent and that I would not be disappointed. Upon arriving, the clerk that was there was sooo rude. I got there around 5:15 since the website says it's closes at 7. When I got there the man said "really? You're really gonna bring your car when we're about to close" I was caught off guard and responded "oh I'm sorry I thought you all closed at 7". He rudely responded with a no. It's so sad how one worker can ruin the experience for a customer. I am sad that I wasn't even able to experience the service since I was so upset with how I was spoken to.

I am extremely satisfied with the service here! They were very professional. I work during the day, so the fact that I can drop off car and pickup later on in the day was very convenient. I had 6 cans of soup that were in a bag in my back seat that exploded over the weekend because I forgot them in my car. It exploded all over front to back and on the roof, and when I picked up my car it looked brand new and smelled brand new too! The price was very reasonable being that they had a lot of chicken and dumpling soup baked onto my seats to clean up.....GREAT job guys!!?

I was looking for an honest to goodness detailing for my girlfriend's car. I checked out another place not too far away from this. The guy's heart wasn't in it. I went to Kustom Kar Wash, they did everything I asked and then some. Obviously, the folks here love and enjoy what they do. Thanks guys, the SUV looks and smells better than the day I bought it off the lot. KUDOS!!!!
