Just trying to pay the bill without having to drive , been hung up on, website is down and everything in between, I figured paying the bill would be the easiest beside having sassy sarcastic employees, telling me to try again online because there unable to take my payment cause the person that does that is out for lunch

Front desk personnel are very rude. They utilize a demeaning tone of voice as if they are not communicating with adults. Very unprofessional and poor customer service.

Horrible service I’m actually a lab technician locally and they r plain dumb there. The person in the front is rude n very unprofessional. If u call n ask the wait time they always says 3-4 hrs. I arrived there after calling the lobby was EMPTY. I mean if they don’t want to work then just close the business down. They r there to service ppl. And then I had labs n a ua n they REFUSED to draw my labs n wanted to make me think that the ua n the a1c needed had to be done together. A 24 urine collection n a A1c exam DONT have to b done together but they plain out REFUSED to draw me n the unprofessional employee had the decency to close the window in my face. What kind of ppl work there if u don’t like ur job h should work elsewhere. If they had negative stars I would rate this place a -10. Labcorp is a huge company they should invest in training the employees to be more professional. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE

I finally found you locally Mrs Celia Ramos at labcorp. Your exceptional and professional care this afternoon made it all worth the short amount of time I had to wait to be treated. I am so glad YOU exist and so happy to have met such a beautiful and kind hearted individual. It is for people like you Mrs. Ramos that we continue to visit Labcorp for our health or treatment needs. If you have an appointment, you will be out within 30 minutes. Reason for 4 stars, tech nicked a nerve that sent an electric jolt to my 2 middle fingers. Hope it is nothing permanent since I experienced the same feeling twice already. Incident was 11/7/23.
