We visited this dealership on Black Friday after receiving a promotion in the mail to upgrade my vehicle. They completed an appraisal, and although the amount wasn’t exactly what I hoped for, I accepted it and moved forward in good faith. We were told to return the next day with a cosigner, which we agreed to.
When we requested our quote the next day, the dealership suddenly lowered the appraisal value they had already given us just the day before. On top of that, they began requesting a large deposit that was never mentioned during our first visit.
The sudden changes, lack of consistency, and overall lack of transparency were extremely disappointing. It felt misleading and dishonest. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.

I took my vehicle for a Recall and oil Change and every time I’ve called no one answers the phone cero communication not even a text or a call back. This would be my last time bringing my vehicle to them.

I was at this car dealership trying to find a car that fits my needs. A higher and larger vehicle at a good price. At the time of negotiations for my car to be traded, they said there were concerns for my car since their appraisal drive wasn’t “making sense”. They then brought up that my dashboard displayed “SMART” on it and they asked if i knew what that meant since my car was apparently not driving well. I told them that is a drive mode. Similar to Eco as in other cars. They went back to deliberate another angle to lead me to believe something is wrong with my car. They continued to tell me that my car has problems with acceleration, but I have up kept my car since i’ve gotten it with timely services at its designated car dealership throughout my ownership of the vehicle. I know my car is well maintained and it functions at its full capacity without any problems. They kept me till after closing to explain numbers for negotiations that I did not agree with as they are selling the same make and model of my vehicle in their lot. In all, I did not appreciate the condescending angle in our conversation that was their sales pitch.

So I came here because I received a flyer with a scratch off that said I won some cash. The winning numbers matched the advertised prize. Got there and they bring another separate cardboard with different numbers on the prizes and said I won earphones. Felt like I was scammed. And I will never buy from these people and will make sure everyone I know knows what happened. If they do that for simple things why would I trust them with a car purchase. What other switches they would pull. Never buying here or coming here again.

Went in nobody engaged me I even wandered around touched the vehicle of interest in front of them and yet no one said”nice right?!! We will be right with you”. Some just sitting there and sounds like they loligagging.

My vehicle has been in service for the 3rd time and will de the last a bring my vehicle to this shop. I told customer service what the vehicle was shaking at 60 miles and that AC compressor made a noise at cold start, the first time they took 8 days to finally tell me that the will change the motor mount and change the AC compressor, took the vehicle and had the same problem, brought the vehicle the second time for the same reason, after the it was there almost 2 weeks someone answered my calls and said that the had to change the transmission mount and the power steering pump after almost 30 days the vehicle was delivered to me. Took it and it was shaking and noise on AC compressor at cold start same problem, brought the vehicle for the 3rd time and they told me it will take 3 days for inspection now after 3 weeks of calling and trying to get answers from customer service personal I received a text saying that the car was ready for pickup, nobody talk to me about what was wrong with the vehicle. I send two emails to the service manager but received no response. I don't recommend this place for service, thank you
Now on close inspection to my vehicle,
Still shaking at 60 miles and noise from ac compressor at cold start, I think they are not working on the repairs.
The paperwork said they repair other things that I didn't even mention.
(I'm making a formal complaint against the Co.)

the folks at the service department helps out a lot in finding and replace the defective rotor and brake pads.
