Though the Laredo Federal Credit Union was organized in 1954 to serve only teachers, over the years the field of membership has gradually expanded to include more of the local businesses, government agencies, and residents. The National Credit Union Administration has authorized LFCU to extend membership and service to all of Webb County. Anyone who lives in, works in, attends school in or worships in Webb County is eligible for membership! LFCU is a community-wide credit union. Presently there are more than 19,000 members being served by LFCU.

App always shuts down in vital times. Bank is closed nearly always. Especially weekends which is inconvenient. And of course NO ONE is there to fix issues when app is in accessible. EXTREMELY inconvenient. Rate 1-10 a 2
