Approximately ago we bought a new refrigerator and we immediately realized that it did not cool well, they told us that we only had to adjust it so that it would cool more and even then, we asked the manager to change it for us and she did not want to, a worker came to adjust it and did not It cools, this refrigerator was defective and they did not want to change it, my sister and my aunt have the same one and theirs works very well but this one is defective and they did not change it for us.

Avoid this business.I came on Monday to this location to buy an end table and scheduled to pick it up at the warehouse on Blair St on Tuesday. All 3 existing items were damaged. When asked the manager to order a new one, he said it was discontinued. I then did ask for refund to which the warehouse manager said to go back to the store and get the refund. Really!!Back at the store, the manager offered me to take the one in display for $30 less.I ended up taking it after all i spent more than 1 hour between the warehouse and store.How can you sell furniture and not guarantee to be in new condition or even get the item replaced. Scam.

We can't trust these people they don't tell you all the details about your financing item's and they hit you up with high interest and all they want is to get you buy stuff, I'm very disappointed with them ..

The delivery drivers are wonderful but the sales lady should have told us that we had to pay extra for set up. Now the 800.00 washing machine is sitting on the porch after paying over 100.00 for delivery fees and set up. Extra expense for nothing, not delivery drivers fault!! This review was meant to be for Lincoln Street store
