I’m very disappointed with my experience. I specifically asked for, but instead they gave me what they wanted It’s frustrating to pay for something and not receive what you actually asked for. This shows a lack of attention and care for customers never coming back for sure. I went in at 7 and when it was mostly the end the worker just finished however just so they could leave.I understand it’s the end of their shift but I went because my friend recommended them but NO! Don’t go to this place! THIS FOR $61 dollar yeah just save your money!

Gel manicure was bumpy and with air bubbles. Shape and length were uneven, one nail was cut a lot shorter than all the others. I did advise the tech to which he responded, “No, it’s ok.” I ended up going back and requested that my nails be fixed. A different tech redid most of the nails, which did end up looking better. She was apologetic and friendly. Overall disappointed with the service and will probably not return.

This is the 3rd time I go here the only reason I have is because my nail lady cancels me , but it is ridiculous . They always have newbies that dont even do an ok job ! Its horrible and yesterday I went it was a lady that iven seen there before well let me say she was doing a French tip with white and couldn't do it 😢 she was rushing that she was doing such a horrible lines thick thin and messy 😢 I just told her to do them all white, and the shape was horrible also . I honestly could do a better job myself. And this always happens 🙄 there. 😭

I am always on my feet and they needed some TLC. I came in here on a fluke and it was the best decision! Kim has very good hands and very friendly and professional! The place is clean and the massage chair works! I will definitely come here again!

Horrible experience! I went for a pediatric and nails. The pedicure was was fine and the person who did it was great. BUT the lady who did my nails was awful!. She started working on my nails while I was still getting my pedicure. She asks me rudely “how short”! She cuts me once on my pinky so bad the blood spread down my finger!!! I’ve been cut before so I give her a chance. She continues rushing and being rough that she cuts my thumb!! Deeper!!! I told her to stop and I walked away. The main lady, Michelle, asked if she could finish them. I agreed but I shouldn’t have. I DIDNT ASK FOR SPECIAL REQUESTS OR DESIGNS. Short, square, 1 color nail. The place was EMPTY. Only me and another girl were there. When I was paying, the rude lady was still there sitting down on her phone. :/ Why rush and be rude?! They still charged me regular price. It’s not cheap. Over $100 for a disgusting attitude and horrible service!! I still tipped the person from my pedicure.

THE WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE!! The chubby nail tech that sits in the corner with glasses was SO RUDE TO ME!!!! She started yelling at me to not be putting my phone in her face when I was trying to show her a picture of the color i needed on my nail. (I was trying to get a nail fixed that was breaking) she got SO MAD when I didnt agree with what she wanted to do on my nail. Im still shaking from the service I got I cant believe it!!!!!! Then I asked her if there was someone else available to help me because she clearly wanted nothing to do with me!! I walked up to another lady and asked if she could help me and she did she knew exactly what my nail needed BUT she did a HORRIBLE JOB. I sat there just taking the loss because she had already started. The nail I asked to be fixed is all bumpy and scratched and it doesnt match the rest of my nails. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE EXPECIALLY WITH THE CHUBBY NAIL TECH WITH GLASSES THAT SITS IN THE BACK!!!!

I really don't recommend this place. There have been several times that my nails have been damaged but it is my fault because of Mensa! I won't go again because they are very expensive and don't do their job well! ??
I recommend a new lounge by the airport next to Ross.

awful. I went there. And the lady did a terrible job at it! Now my eyebrows are uneven thanks to her. She was in a huge hurry while doing it. And plus the reuse their stuff and I also have wax in my hair now.

Had a great experience with joanne! Loved her work and was patient and kind when I wanted something different done with my nails ?. I do recommend her and will come back to do my nails with her again!
