This review is for the Macy's home store which is separate from the main store.
I went looking for a coffee grinder or any other gadget I might want.
99% of the kitchen items have no prices. That might be forgivable if they had price scanners every 10 ft but they do not. In addition, it seems like they've got one employee there that is rarely behind the register. Please add prices to your items.

Went in today and wanted to buy a polo
Shirt. Cashiers kept giving us a had time with the payment and they all seemed to be all over the place constantly leaving the register. I guess there was an issue with their system or something

Managers are extremely rude both times I’ve been there it has been a very upsetting experience. 1st i was helping my husband with some clothes and the manager came banging on the door saying it was a men’s only dressing room. There was no sign nor associate near to say that. This Black Friday a man was asking the manager about some help (he was deaf and couldn’t hear that well) the manager started attacking him because he said he needs some customer service. This is just unacceptable. PLEASE GET YOUR MANAGES SOME TRAINING!!! THEY ARE THE WORST.
