A crap service my package never reached its destination the girl who attended me never mentioned anything about a shipping insurance and it turns out that it was me who had to struggle with knowing the status of my package I had to be talking and talking to the post office to to be told what was happening, this lady simply told me that she could not do anything anymore, that is, she washed her hands out of nowhere, she said that she was going to make the report herself and she never did, I had to do it in the end, more than 20 days waiting Until I was able to communicate with the post office again and they told me that the unit where my package was going was stolen and that my package was not insured, they never mentioned to me that an insurance had to be paid separately and now I am the one who loses out, terrible service please, please don't use it because if your package arrives that's fine and if you have a setback she will never tell you what is happening because she simply washes her hands and her only response is that she doesn't know anything, don't use that service alone you will waste your money and time

Terrible customer service w “Maria” sent packages to get shipped out and packages were never updated on tracking. It’s been 5 days and no update. Her excuse was that the packages aren’t scan by UPS until they get to San Antonio(?) made no sense. She hung up on me unprofessionally and never assisted on my missing packages. Never will I go again and do business w them.

Terrible customer service, “Maria” was rude and very unprofessional when I called to ask where my packages were and why it has been 5 days without update. Given the runaround, these reviews aren’t currents and definitely deserve lower than anything 5 stars. Will NEVER do business and will constantly mention this story so others don’t get mistreated as I did.
