The communication disconnects between this pharmacy and care providers is ridiculous. Every single time I go for medication it's the same issue and the staff makes it out to seem like it's your problem that they just wasted your time. If you have the option between this pharmacy or literally any other pharmacy, take your chances with the other.

My wife orderded medicine through the delicery service that the pharmacy offers that she needed administered on a certain date, and they didnt deliver it TWICE. If youre not capable of delivering medicine on time, please dont advertise that you have that service. And if youre not going to deliver on time, let the customers know so that they can make the necessary arrangements

We had a terrible experience with them. My sister and her husband stopped to buy some colonoscopy bags for my mom. We have purchased the bags with them since March. We buy a specific type of bag. When my brother-in-law asked for the bags, they gave it to him in a bag and didn't give him a receipt. Once home they realized they had received the wrong type of bags. My sister called them to let them know about the error. The employee that attended her started putting the blame on them by saying they asked for the wrong bags and that it was their fault for not checking. My sister just asked if they could switch the bags for the correct ones and the employee started being rude and started arguing with my sister. To make things worst the employee finished the conversation with "Well we don't give refunds anyways." We found that super rude and disrespectful. They informed me of the situation and I called and asked to speak with a manager. The manager told me they received those bags because they didn't have the ones we wanted (really unethical to just decide for the customer and give them other bags without informing them). Luckily the manager did agree to give my sister a refund. When my sister got there, the manager we spoke to was being super rude and started accusing my sister of lying about the situation. "I will give you a refund but don't lie to me next time" that is all she said. At the end of the day they gave us the refund. Just a horrible experience overall. This situation could've been avoided if they would've just been honest and admit to their mistake since the beginning. It is really sad after months of going there and being their customers, they give us this horrible treatment over a mistake they made. They get a star just because the system doesn't let us post this without any stars.
