We had a fantastic experience at Mattress Firm Laredo. Dalila greeted us right away and was knowledgeable & kind. She was honest and we felt no pressure to purchase if we didn’t find what we wanted. She explained the different types of mattresses and had us try each one to figure out which we liked. Placing our order was quick and easy. Last Saturday morning my husband and I had planned on going to three different mattress stores to begin our search into finding a new bed for our master bedroom. This was no normal quest; we needed to find a mattress that could help address all our physical ailments and conditions. Our first stop was at the Mattress Firm store located at 301 W. Calton Rd. where we were immediately met by a beautiful lady with a very warm and friendly smile, Ms. Veronica Salazar. She very kindly asked us what we specifically wanted from our new mattress. We explained to her that we needed a mattress to help alleviate soreness from arthritis pain in our lower backs and shoulders. As she meticulously and extensively explained all the different features and qualities offered by each mattress we asked her about, it became very apparent to us she was an accomplished sales person who had extensive knowledge of the products and earned our trust . Because of her impressive presentation to us about all the products and her genuine concern about meeting our needs, we decided to look no further and made our purchase that very same day with Ms. Salazar. I would like to thank her here on this platform for helping us find a good fit for our needs.
