The lady was extremely sweet and polite. She even called me after we got home and told us she accidentally overcharged us and gave me $400 back. I'm sure there are a lot of businesses or people that wouldn't catch that and if they did, would they have also called and admitted the mistake and make sure and give it back to me the same day? I don't know but she did so I'd shop there again and recommend anyone else to do the same.

A chiropractor told us a new mattress would help the healing process of a back injury. We visited other stores, but buying our mattress and base here was the best idea!We were welcomed since we stepped in the store, we explained what we were looking for and why to Yazmin, who was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. She patiently listened to our concerns and helped us explore several options!Veronica was also great. She gave us great tips to get the best out of our chosen products.There was a steady flow of customers coming in and we knew we just HAD to get our mattress immediately or someone else might get it... Luckily, we secured our mattress and smart base of choice that same day and they were promptly delivered in only a couple of days.
