The assistant manager on duty went above and beyond by returning an item when I did not have a receipt and they could not find the skew in their system. Friendly and very helpful staff.

I really like shopping at McCoy's store in Laredo Tx, but I had a minor problem with a store employee. He asked me how he could help me. I responded that I needed a quote for some material. He asked another employee to help me look for what I needed. After we finished, the guy sent me back to the first store representative. I told the representative that I had already finished and that I needed to get the quote, but instead of helping me, he walked away from me. I personally feel that that employee needssome kind of training on how to treat customers because I couldn't believe that he just walked away from me instead of helping me. The employee is a tall man in his middle 50's with curly black hair and wears glasses. I believe his name is Rudy. Another female employee by the name of Elvira Galindo came to assist me in moving the material to the cash register to pay. Then she made it a point to get two more employees to help me unload all of the material to my truck. Now this I call excellent customer service, and I hope she gets commended for going far and beyond to help a customer. Thank you for caring and listening.
