I remember years back Medcenter was the wow factor of pharmacies! Lately it has become very disappointing! For one they never pick up the phone which is very inconvenient for people that live far away from the pharmacy, forcing them to go all the way to the pharmacy to check on prescriptions which most of the times are not even ready! Very disappointing!!!

An email was sent today at 10a that my script was ready for pickup and 4 hrs. later the woman at the counter said they were still working on it. TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE service.

There's no point fo having curbside pickup and not answering the phone. I Called like 6 times. There was no answer 09/09/21 @ 3:40pm. And had to go in. Dont advertise curbside pick up if u don't have it.

I have to wait Everytime like almost 3 hours to get medication took two trips and they keep telling me the medicine is not ready and they will call me. After an hour i did not received a call or text i call again and they still don't have the medication ready and still have to wait. Worst experience ever if you need it fast it will take hours for you to get it

MedCenter has great customer service. I loved how all employees were on top of cleaning their areas after attending each customer. You can definitely tell they take their customers safety into consideration when cleaning. Everything was wiped down properly. Definitely recommend!!

To the owner and pharmacist in charge, Luis Martinez. My family deserves immediate answers and as the owner you and your company are accountable for the negligence of giving the wrong medication. Giving a child the wrong drug like Adderall could cause serious complications and potentially deadly accidents. We have a lot of questions that need answers now but instead you tell us to wait until Monday for Ms Garza? I believe you Mr. Martinez are responsible, are you not the one who opened this pharmacy September of 1996? This is not OK!
