“If you're a technology friendly person and have no questions regarding your lab orders or payment, I think Quest is a very fast and efficient option for you. If you schedule an appointment, you're always in and out very quickly. I truly enjoy Quest for that quick/convienent reason.

However, if you're a person that struggles with technology, has a question regarding their orders, or maybe has a cognitive/language/visual impairment, it may be more challenging to schedule and check in as their check in system is via a tablet and there is no front desk staff that can immediately answer any questions you may have.

The phlebotomists have all been very kind and friendly. Even when there is usually a disgruntled customer in the lobby (likely due to one of those aforementioned reasons), they always demonstrate good customer service and competency. They are a corporation so are always very busy and have back-to-back patients. Even with their tight schedule, they do seem to answer any questions said disgruntled customer may have between clients.

They will ask for payment before drawing.

I strongly recommend an appointment over a standby list, as they will prioritize appointments. As it should it be.
