I paid my bill on the first 48$ and my phone is not working because of lack of payment. I have my receipt and I called once they told me to call again. I called twice they were busy and hanged up to call later. It's the sixth and I still don't have a phone. It's hard to borrow phones here n there to try and fix this problem. I'm calling but their closed til 10 am. :(
