Went for an oil change and they claimed my drain plug was stripped it was not! I always do my own oil changes not once have i had a problem which means they stripped it and told me to buy it myself! Although they said they'll replace it i didn't go back who knows what else they're gonna damage so no thanks.

Rip off. These guys rip you off never again. They told me one price by phone and then another when I went. They don’t know how to balance tires. Wasted money for all 4 tires and started shaking as soon as I got on the highway. Didn’t want to refund me my money either. I went to other shop for a balance and the problem was solved. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I previously came in for an alignment and was told I needed to replace bushings in the rear end. I spent over $200 on parts, only to find out later that the real issue was just a $7 eccentric washer.
Two weeks later, I returned to get the alignment done. I waited two hours, during which they moved my car and left the lights on, killing my battery. After we got that sorted, I reminded the owner that the last time I came in, my Nardi steering wheel was scratched during the alignment, and asked him politely to cover it with a rag this time.
Instead of acknowledging the concern, he got offended, told me he wouldn’t work on the car, and asked me to leave. The kicker? I couldn’t even leave—my battery was still dead. After 20–30 minutes of sitting there, another customer kindly offered me a jump pack to get my car started.
The ego on the owner is unbelievable. He refuses to take any responsibility, only wants your money, and gets defensive when you bring up legitimate concerns. Alignments here take forever because he’s constantly bouncing between his workers, unable to focus.
If you come here, expect long delays, zero accountability, and don’t dare voice any concerns—because it’s never his fault.
Thanks for the biggest waste of time.

I took in my truck to get aligned at Murillo’s Tire in Shiloh. Mr. Juan took over the alignment and made sure it was properly aligned. I didn’t even ask him for photos and he went above and beyond to send me the photos of my misalignment and when it was properly aligned to my personal cell phone. The price for a lifted truck was $120 USD and covers a 1 day warranty if it is crooked! Support local shops and you won’t be disappointed with these guys!

I bought a used tire which they said was good went home which I live less than 10miles had the truck park for 2 weeks since I work out of town and have a company truck get home from Laredo today and took my truck out to get food the tire they put has a ball went to take it today and they refuse to change the tire and put a new one it’s not my fault and it’s a waist of 120 I spend even tipping the guy I’ll be going on the weekend to talk to owner cause this is bs
