Went in for oil change and after point inspection they found a wheel alignment was needed and two front tires
I was traveling and did not realize the tires were in pretty bad shape and really needed replaced
They made my travels a lot more safe and drove back home with piece of mind and car felt amazing after the alignment
Thank you for taking the time and making me aware of what I needed before I drove back home

“My tire had be puncture and I had tire insurance with Walmart, since I had bought my tires there. I was anxious to go without my husband because of questions I might get on my car and might not be able to answer. Lol... but the guy that did the intake of the vehicle was really nice(in a professional way, not in a creepy way).I added an oil change since I was already there. I was told I would get a call or text message when my car was done. My kids and I walked around Walmart and ate at Macdonald (inside Walmart) after almost 4hrs, the kids got antsy. We went to hang out at the auto place to see if it was almost ready. When it didn't seem busy anymore, we finally asked how much longer it would be. My car was done and parked. We never received a text or call. My car was the only one outside the shop. I'm pretty sure they forgot to let me know, since there were vehicles after mine. They guy that charged me looked embarrassed that he didn't let us know, but didn't admit or apologize for the wait. So, don't leave the car area or ask constantly if the car is read or not. Other than that service was great.”
