Only place in all of Laredo to have wiper blades for a 2022 2500 sprinter van. Very nice employees. Usually here often and will be back when I need new blades again.

Saw how an employee scowled an elderly customer. Seems like he wanted to humilate the poor man. Took in a gel battery, myself. Only to discover it had not been placed to recharge... since Saturday!! O'Reilly being my favorite auto parts store for friendliness and customer service, truly disappointed.

I go regularly to this store and they have always treated me well, but these past few days I went and was served by a very rude guy, I greeted him and he didn't pay attention to me, he treated me badly, he spoke rudely, we made a fuss because of course he didn't I let myself be mistreated, there were many people in line waiting and they witnessed the treatment, to the point that when I left another customer spoke to me and told me to make my complaint and not let them treat you so I should report it, to tell the manager Steve, I didn't really do it, it's just that I won't be coming back to buy more from them.
