The people treated me badly, they seemed to not want to get their hands dirty and didn’t even properly test my starter and alternator, they claimed they were bad even before they “tested” them. And meanwhile I took them to the autozone on san bernardo and had it tested several times to find out that both of my parts were working. Disappointed in their customer service. What good is a pretty store when they don’t know how to care for a customer

Very Excellent Service was provided to me by the staff at O Reillis on Guadalupe Street in Laredo Texas's because I was calling the San Bernardo store and it was very slow to answer the phone and the person who answered me was very rude, so I had to go to the store.
