Excellent customer service. All I needed was for the clerk to check the antifreeze level. So he said yes I can do that He did and it was good. Then he filled the windshield wiper tank cause it was low.
Before I went to O’Reilly I had gone to Autozone but the young man was rude never put his phone down and told me he could not help me cause its hot and it would blow up in his face. So i told him no all i need is for you to check the level. So i just walked out. I called the manager there and told him to send his clerks over to OReilly so they can get trained there

My family and I will NEVER come back here again. We asked for help and they stayed behind the counter. We been here for over 2 hours and I saw 2 different people actually come outside and help other customers while my family and I struggled and struggled. I mean they walked passed us and not even offering help no can I help you or you guys ok.....NOTHING...and when the guys opened the door to go back in they checked their reflection to make sure they still looked pretty. Utterly absolutely ridiculous customer service.

Excellent customer service. I am on a trip, and the rear turning light suddenly stopped working. I went to this location to buy a replacement, and they were quick at finding the part for me and then proceeded to help me out installing the new light bulb.
