Very bad attention from a salesman named Pablo when he asked for some LED spotlights with inverted polarity, to which he answered that they all work the same and I told him no, to which I didn't tell him I bet you and he answered me that he even worked in agencies and that he was not going to teach him and good afternoon.
First, his ignorance of not knowing that an LED bulb if you connect it backwards does not work and the very bad answers he gave me, thus teaching me how to treat customers.

On Friday, I went in to buy coolant and brake fluid. When I got to the counter to pay for my items, Reidel was eating while ringing me up. He didn't even ask for my phone number for the points. Then, I asked one of the guys at the counter if they could scan my truck's computer because I had a check engine light on. The guy's facial expression changed as if I had asked him to do something impossible. He then proceeded to send Reidel to scan my truck (still eating). He grabbed the scanner, went outside, and asked me questions with food in his mouth. I couldn't concentrate on what he was asking. Then, we went back inside, and he gave me a paper and told me to give it to my mechanic. He didn't even have the courtesy to tell me the price of the parts I might need or anything, just the paper. Not even a 1-star rating, but I guess it's the worst O'Reilly's I've been to in Laredo!

The OReilly on san Bernardo avenue in laredo tx they have poor customer service went to pick up an alternator and jaime just got my recipe from mines road got my item didnt say any thing not even thank you or look at the part check it out or any thing ? he just walked away very bad service!!!
