First I called to see if the store carried an item I needed. The lady that answered said the store did not carry the product. I made the trek to this store and found they did carry the item.Better training (for employees) are the key words.

Sadly, this is the worst party city I've been to. The staff is nice but clueless. The shelves were virtually empty and the layout was more like a 5 below than a party city.
