“Great experience at H-E-B. Anna at the Barbacoa/Menudo stand was very friendly and put out a positive vibe. Employee Joe was also helpful and easy to interact with. Checkout was smooth. My cashier, Emery, greeted me and thanked me when I was done. He remained professional throughout the transaction. My only recommendation is that he engage more directly with customers rather than having personal conversations with the bagger during checkout. The store was organized, clean, and well stocked. Food quality met expectations and overall service was solid. I would return.”

“I dropped my ph and the pen flew under a shelve. Javier went above and beyond and searched and swept under the shelve until he found it. He definitely went above and beyond when it comes to customer service. It is people like him that make me love my HEB.”

“Not too fond of this HEB only because its crowded with too many people. And no manners for people that shop. Everything is messed up on shelving like the bread or sodas. Ive tried at different time periods and its the same. If I have to stop for something its just a very quick trip.”

“I usually only go to the pharmacy, which they are very attentive to customers. Even though now they have like a tablet, I noticed they help elderly people with it. That show a lot because most of older people dont like to deal with new technology. I give them a 6 stars if I could!”

“I’ve been a customer for YEARS because of the staff’s kindness & professionalism. The pharmacy benefits downtown residents in many ways with mail & sundries & other services. The staff knows its customers by name & welcomes new customers with the same warmth & caring as established customers. Thank you Izaguirre family for keeping me healthy & informed so many years.”

“YOURE MAKING A HUGE MISTAKE BY GETTING RID OF THE ROCKSTAR ENERGY DRINKS. I BUY THEM ALL THE TIME, ARE YOU GETTING RID OF THEM BECAUSE YOU THINK IM TOTALLY INSANE AND NEED TO STOP DRINKING THEM OR IS IT BECAUSE YOU THINK NOBODY LIKES THEM? I LIKE THEM. I LIKE ROCKSTAR ENERGY DRINKS. i need them, please do not get rid of them. i purchase them a lot because, you can’t buy them by the case in stores so, i always get like 6 atleast, i spend my money on these. that’s what stores want. people to spend money on their products. please carry rockstar energy drinks. it’s close to my house, it’s convenient, i like to stock up on them in my mini fridge. i do not enjoy change when it’s bad. do not remove the rockstar energy drinks. you guys moved around the energy drinks and now there are no rockstars. please do not do this to me, i went to three different stores to get a rockstar and there were none anywhere. it is my favorite energy drink.”

“On my experience with HEB staff they are very professional and very attentive. I was having an issue with my insurance approving my wife's medication and they were very responsible to let me know what was going on . Clarissa the pharmacist was very concerned about the situation and took action of the situation. She informed me that she was calling my wife's Doctor to make sure that my wife would get her medication and she made it happen. She was very patient and explained how my wife needed to take her medication. Thank you for all the hard work.”

“I had to get a PCP at Gateway for my son so he could be seen by a specialist at Gateway. He was seen by Mayra Garza. The medical asst was also nice and my son did not cry during vitals. Dr spoke to me and addressed my concerns. She was nice and understanding. I am considering moving my other children here. And I got the referral I requested.”

“They are a very busy pharmacy so it’s understandable they can’t always get to the phones. Thank you, Martinez Rx—from the pharmacists themselves, the pharmacy techs, delivery drivers…etc, for your hard work and excellent service for all these years. You are appreciated and very much needed in Laredo. Now if there was only a 24-hour pharmacy just like this one! That would be FANTASTIC for Laredo!”

“For the past ten years, I’ve trusted Walmart Pharmacy with all my prescriptions—and I couldn’t be more pleased. Every time I visit, the entire team—from the technicians to the pharmacists—greets me with genuine warmth and professionalism. They always take the time to thoroughly review my medications, answer my questions, and ensure I understand everything clearly. Their courteous, friendly, and efficient approach makes each visit a breeze. Whether I’m picking up in person or using the drive‑thru (which is hands‑down the best I’ve experienced), my prescriptions are ready quickly and accurately. This pharmacy team’s dedication to outstanding customer care is truly admirable. I highly recommend this Walmart Pharmacy to anyone seeking dependable, knowledgeable, and caring service.”

“10/10 Pharmacy I love them, the staff is so great and friendly. For all those complaining about waiting for your meds, they have alot of orders! Be understanding. If we can wait in a restaurant/concert, we can wait for the pharmacy to prepare our meds! Anyways, this pharmacy truly goes above and beyond for their patients, so let's appreciate their hard work”
