“Love Sam’s through and through. My family goes (and myself also) at least once a week, sometimes 2 times a week. They carry particular foods that I cannot find elsewhere in both price and in how [the food] they are prepared. My family and I also go for many other reasons, even when out of town, we find a Sam’s for things we are looking, in addition to prepared food.
I’m still shocked Laredo STILL only has ONE Sam’s. In fact, I feel two (maybe even three) in locations I have scouted would be perfect - if only I could invest!

“On my experience with HEB staff they are very professional and very attentive. I was having an issue with my insurance approving my wife's medication and they were very responsible to let me know what was going on . Clarissa the pharmacist was very concerned about the situation and took action of the situation. She informed me that she was calling my wife's Doctor to make sure that my wife would get her medication and she made it happen. She was very patient and explained how my wife needed to take her medication. Thank you for all the hard work.”

“i could not find a pharmacy that was open past 7pm. i found this place thankfully as my son needed meds for a painful ear infection. my daughter also needed tamiflu. they close at 8pm so made it here in time. even tho it was 8pm, the pharmacy was still open with several people still coming in the lobby. if it wasn’t for this pharmacy i would have had to wait until tomorrow to get the meds.”

“Great experience at H-E-B. Anna at the Barbacoa/Menudo stand was very friendly and put out a positive vibe. Employee Joe was also helpful and easy to interact with.
Checkout was smooth. My cashier, Emery, greeted me and thanked me when I was done. He remained professional throughout the transaction. My only recommendation is that he engage more directly with customers rather than having personal conversations with the bagger during checkout.
The store was organized, clean, and well stocked. Food quality met expectations and overall service was solid. I would return.”
