Some of yβall act like you ainβt never been to a truck stop before!! Theyβre open 24/7/365 and are usually understaffed and under paid. I appreciated the clean shower and parking availability. The smiles of the staff and the clean bathroom. Keep up the good work!

He thinks he can talk to customers however he wants he got mad because I told him to switch mi cigarettes and start custom in Spanish. They need to get rid of him or this location lose a lot of customers. Every day he argues with customs. ππππππππ

I purchased a cooler earlier this morning at this Pilot location. My husband also bought a cooler, resulting in us accidentally ending up with two coolers. I returned to the store to return the cooler I bought, which was unused and purchased only three hours prior. However, the manager, Juan, who was quite rude, informed me that coolers can only be exchanged, contrary to the return policy. He claimed that his manager, Steven, had made this decision. I contacted customer service, and the issue will be escalated to the regional manager. Fortunately, I was able to obtain a refund elsewhere, as the policy states that returns are allowed within seven days. According to the policy, only Bluetooth items, straps, and inverters are non-refundable and must be exchanged, and a cooler does not fall under these categories. I am disappointed with the level of customer service and the lack of knowledge displayed by the staff.

They hire all mexican people, they have not sence , they take care our people ,, i am waiting for shower and no guest ahead me . Still I had to wait for half an hour. I told the staff that you have so many showers and I have to wait for a lot of time. But nobody paid any attention to what I said and the ladies kept chatting amongst themselves. I don't think their manager was paying any attention to them as those two-three ladies kept doing it for 45 minutes goshap

I don't know why pilot telling drivers to move from reserve parking at 11 in the morning from space all we want is to go inside to get scale tickets and food they get pay for parking at night and he want us to pay for parking right now that's ridiculous they rather us stay at the pump and block other drivers

This is 1 of the biggest showers from a truck stop that Iβve ever been to ( for those who have visited Sapp Brothers stop, showers are THAT big). Shower heads ARE adjustable, water pressure is amazing, & hot water temp is ACTUALLY HOT!!!!
PLZ excuse my shoes & shower bag as this was JUST a demo of WHAT the showers actually LOOK like)
