I reserved a shower. I got to it 8 minutes after getting my text. Someone was already in my shower and the employees told me I had 10 minutes after getting the text that it was ready. I don’t know how I had 10 minutes when someone was in it 8 minutes after getting the text that it was ready.

Came in and ordered wings the lady that served the food is incompetent told her all flats she couldn't do that she was also touching the food with her hands fyi for the other divers going to get wings and they close their kitchen down way too early originally ask for meatloaf and she said they were done making that for the day it's 6:30 p.m I thought they stopped at 8:00p.m or 9:00p.m anyways the green beens are two different cans the mashed potatoes and gravy are old the chicken was lukewarm overall terrible and the lady as long nails that was touching the other food she probably doesn't wipe good but carry on drivers

No papr towels in bathroom no toilet paper in 2 stalls including handicap stall , with such high prices on goods you would think a bit more customer services would be kept up on

Give 5 stars due to night time management took & handled showers.. When walked in there was 42 drivers in line for showers..He went back to help process & move showers faster...All thou alot of drivers triple tapping shower button on app,which causes issues for showers list.... Manager was keeping track of showers not getting i to properly or drivers not coming in for showers.... Last time here , was 25 drivers waiting, and different managers wouldn't send help to process showers or not even do what this manager is accomplishing!!!!! So on this visit i would even more stars if possible!!!!!!!!!

Just amazing customer service. Always so friendly and we are here a few times a week. Showers are clean and just all around great. Best truck stop we have been too and we are all across the country.

They never clean shower rooms fully always shit and hair in drains and on toilets trash cans full of trash. The people will clean them if you ask but you shouldn't have to. It's disgusting to walk in a shower and see this when you live over the road and only barely get home.

As a trucker who's been across nearly every state, I can tell you that hygiene and time are crucial when you're on the road. Truck stops play a huge part in making our long hours manageable, and one of the most important aspects for us is being able to get a clean, accessible shower without the long wait.
I've seen it all—at many truck stops, you’d sometimes have to wait for hours to get a shower, and that was before you even considered cleanliness. However, there's a standout employee here, and I need to give credit where credit is due—LUIS. He is the star of this place. Unlike other stops, you can count on plenty of available showers if you arrive early enough.
Why do I know it's Luis? Well, I was there on February 20th and noticed he wasn’t working that day. It was a nightmare. I waited for over 1.5 hours and still saw a long line for the showers. It was a clear difference in the level of service. When Luis is on duty, the showers are consistently clean, well-maintained, and available without the hassle.
To sum it up—whatever they’re paying Luis, it’s not enough. He makes the experience here seamless and stress-free. He’s a huge asset, and for truckers like me, that's a big deal. Keep up the great work, Luis!
