Under its new management, the Postal Center Plus has improved tremendously. The shop is welcoming and efficient. The friendly staff is very helpful. As with every business encounter, it is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate information.

Tried sending an iPhone through this service to Spain in May. We paid an extra $250 for fast shipping and insurance. We went multiple times to see where the shipment was after a month of not receiving the phone. Yesterday we went again and it turns out our package got resent to them 2 months ago. They had multiple opportunities to tell us they had it. They didn’t resend it to Spain and didn’t fix the problem. When we asked for the refund they told us no and called us “rude”. Extremely unprofessional service, I don’t recommend this place at all.

Despite some of negative reviews here, it's a common thing for a dollar service charge for ups and fed ex. It's everywhere with these type of multi-shipping service stores. That's just a whine from most people. Anyway, service here is great, the staff is attentive and friendly. In order to have your shipments sent out timely you must drop off early in the day. They do inform when shipments will go out. On top, they even print your labels here. I've neglected my printer issue and just use their print service. It's only .27c ... which I feel is under-charging. Ink is pricey. I've stopped using the actual postal service office and just come here.

This place is the best post center in Laredo with cheap rates, and everyday quality service. Very helpful! Regardless of what all these haters say this place has had my back with every shipment I’ve brought in. Both the owner and the employees are nice people and are even willing to go the extent of finding me a box to use. Although they do charge some fees it’s ultimately how they get around so people need to stop crying about that, or go to a rip off postage place like usps.To add, the fees are only if you use debit/credit cards if you use cash no fee is taken. They also charge a dollar fee for ups and fedex shipments but not usps.
