Great customer service. Maricela is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable employee. She was very helpful She showed me the unit and explained the contract and breakdown on pricing of the promotion going on right now. Hopefully the price quoted after the promotion doesn’t increase 3-6 months after.

Rent increases are just insane. I started at around 145-150 and ended in 227 in 2 yrs. That’s a bit excessive since there’s nothing out of the ordinary that they do. Not to mention the fire that happened a few months ago. The service was decent but unfortunately, for me the prices is what made me take the decision to leave.

The customer service has always been excellent, but the issue is the company’s policy of raising rental prices on long-time customers. Within just one year, my rent was increased twice without any explanation — first from $224 to $265, and then again to $300.
I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years with automatic payments, and this policy simply makes no sense. What’s even more disappointing is that new customers today pay only $199 for the same unit.
