I utilize their online sales but spend lots of time calling and asking questions and each time I get great customer service and the best prices on the internet!! I wanted to reach out because I've been feeling pretty disappointed with my recent experiences at the service department, especially since I have a brand-new vehicle. My truck has been making a persistent noise, and despite my visits, it feels like we just haven't been able to get to the bottom of it.
Honestly, it's been a bit frustrating when I've tried to explain the problem. Sometimes, the interactions have left me feeling like my concerns aren't being fully understood or taken seriously, and that's been a real bummer. It even felt a bit dismissive at times, which isn't what I'd expect, especially when dealing with a new purchase.
It feels like we're always running into the same roadblocks, and I'm getting a bit tired of it. I really value straightforward communication and effective solutions, and lately, it feels like those haven't quite been met. I'm getting to the point where I'm considering looking for service options outside of town, which is a shame thank you for not helping me and fixing the problem 😑
